His live sessions, PE With Joe, which stream daily at 9am have racked up views in the millions and proven popular with children and adults alike.
However, these 30-minute sessions are not the only workouts Joe offers, with The Body Coach also offering a range of classes for seniors as well as a host of both low and high-intensity workouts.
How to watch Joe Wick’s HIIT workouts
Joe, 33, has uploaded a series of HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workouts on his YouTube channel, The Body Coach TV.
Unlike his other workouts, they don’t have their own dedicated playlist, but can be found in the videos tab of The Body Coach YouTube channel.
Simply search ‘HIIT’ in the search bar, or alternatively check out his latest workouts.
His no-equipment HIIT workouts are available as 30, 25, 20, 15, or 12-minute sessions.
If you manage to get through his 250+ workouts on his channel (which let’s face it, no mere mortal could do), he uploads new workouts to his channel weekly.
How much HIIT should you do per week?
There is no right answer to this question, although according to his website, Joe does 4-5 sessions a week.
If that sounds like a lot, then never fear, because he also confirms that 20 minutes is more than enough to get you lean:
‘If you work hard enough 20 minutes of HIIT is more than enough.
