Agent Doug Matthews has swiftly become a huge fan-favourite as the wildly brash and comically absurd voice of the FBI, recounting how an undercover operation managed to bring down prime suspect Jerome Jacobson – aka Uncle Jerry – and track down his stream of accomplices.
However, the man described by his colleagues as the driving force behind the case, Rick Dent, is noticeably absent from the HBO and Sky Documentaries thriller.
